WHAT'S IN THE BOX
WHITENING GELS
Depending on your choice of kit, you’ll either have blue (night) or white (day) whitening gels. Our Advanced Kits contain 6 gels and Standard Kits will contain 4.
DESENSITISING GELS
We strongly recommend keeping these with you during the course of your whitening, so that you can apply them whenever you feel the need. You can always order additional gels from your Pro Smile® account page.
APPLICATOR TIPS
Our syringe tips have a super fine tip for precision application. Just twist off the syringe’s cap and replace with a syringe tip.
ProFit WHITENING TRAYS
You will have an upper and lower tray. These are your custom moulds made from your impressions, that fit perfectly to your teeth.
ProFit TRAY CASE
Keep your ProFit whitening trays in your custom tray case. Remember to keep your trays clean before popping them back in.
step two:
WHAT YOU NEED

1 x WHITENING GEL SYRINGE
step three:
TIME TO WHITEN
TAKE YOUR CUSTOM IMPRESSIONS TRAYS OUT AND CHECK THAT THEY FIT YOU NICELY.
PLACE THE TRAY ONTO THE PALM OF YOUR NON-DOMINANT HAND.
REMOVE THE CAP FROM THE TIP OF THE SYRINGE AND SCREW THE APPLICATOR TIP INTO PLACE.
APPLY A PIN’S HEAD AMOUNT OF GEL TO THE FRONT 8 TEETH OF THE UPPER AND LOWER TRAY. This is just a recommendation, but if there are other teeth you wish to whiten, or that you see when you smile, apply the gel to those too.
PLACE THE TRAY AROUND YOUR TEETH AND APPLY GENTLE PRESSURE.
Use a tissue or a cotton bud to dab away any excess gel.
LEAVE THE TRAYS IN YOUR MOUTH FOR THE RECOMMENDED TIME, DEPENDENT ON WHETHER YOU HAVE THE NIGHT OR DAY GEL.
DAY WHITENING GELS
Use once a day for 60 minutes, or use it twice a day for a maximum of 45 minutes, each time.

NIGHT WHITENING GELS
Wear overnight for a minimum of 3-4 hours.
]There is no need to take the trays out after 3-4 hours, this is just the minimum time it takes our night gels to work. It is completely safe to leave them in all night and you will see no adverse effects from doing so.

AFTER USE, REMOVE THE TRAYS AND WIPE AWAY ANY EXCESS GEL WITH A TISSUE BEFORE RINSING YOUR TRAYS WITH SLIGHTLY WARM WATER.
DON’T EAT OR DRINK ANYTHING THAT WOULD STAIN A WHITE SHIRT, FOR UP TO 1 HOUR AFTER WHITENING.
REPEAT DAILY UNTIL YOU REACH YOUR DESIRED RESULTS.
You should start to see a change in the colour of your teeth after 5-10 days. Once you achieve your desired shade, keep your leftover gels and use them to top up every couple of months to maintain the colour.

Many people find that prescription-strength tooth whitening causes sensitivity while the treatment is being carried out. This is normal and treatable.
The sensitivity ranges from minor irritation (likely) to severe discomfort (in a small number of patients). We pride ourselves on giving you the correct advice and treatment, which is why we provide you with desensitising serum and BioMin® F ‘smart’ toothpaste.
The desensitising serum is powered by our unique, patented formulation comprising of hydroxyapatite infused with calcium, fluoride, Xylitol, and vitamin E.
The sensitivity ranges from minor irritation (likely) to severe discomfort (in a small number of patients). We pride ourselves on giving you the correct advice and treatment, which is why we provide you with desensitising serum and BioMin® F ‘smart’ toothpaste.

LAY THE TRAYS ON A FLAT SURFACE.
REMOVE THE SYRINGE CAP AND SCREW THE APPLICATOR TIP INTO PLACE.
APPLY DROPLETS OF THE DESENSITISING SERUM INTO ONE OF YOUR CUSTOM-MADE ProFit TRAYS.
You only need to apply the serum to the affected teeth.
INSERT THE TRAYS INTO YOUR MOUTH AND OVER YOUR TEETH.
Use a tissue or a cotton bud to dab away any excess gel.
LEAVE THE TRAYS IN YOUR MOUTH FOR 40-60 MINUTES.
